To support our mission, we're looking for a Business Intelligence and Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, business, and technology. In this role, you will take ownership of driving Patronus' evolution from descriptive analytics toward diagnostic and predictive insights. You'll transform complex data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations, enabling leadership and teams across Patronus to make smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions.
This is a unique opportunity to move beyond dashboards and KPIs - helping us unlock hidden correlations, forecast outcomes, and shape strategies that directly improve the independence and safety of elderly people worldwide.
Your Mission
- Build impactful analyses that go beyond "what happened" to explore "why it happened" and "what will happen next."
- Support stakeholders across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to take data-informed decisions.
- Help develop and maintain scalable data models for key company KPIs, leveraging dbt and modern cloud-based solutions.
- Leverage advanced analytics and statistical methods to support diagnostic and predictive use cases.
- Communicate findings with clarity and impact - combining good visualisation and storytelling to turn numbers into narratives.
- Support data transformation pipelines (Airflow, dbt) and ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
- Contribute to building a scalable BI function as Patronus continues its rapid growth.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, * 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence in fast-scaling environments.
- Strong technical foundation in Python/R and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with cloud databases (Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Skilled in data modeling and capable of designing robust KPI frameworks.
- Proven ability to build and communicate powerful visualizations; Metabase or Superset experience is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of translating data into actionable business insights.
- Confident communicator with the ability to get to the point and influence stakeholders.
- Business-oriented thinker who looks around the corner and anticipates future needs.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with predictive analytics, data science, and data storytelling.
- Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, and modern BI stacks.
- Knowledge of healthcare, IoT, or other data-rich domains.
