Job description
End-User Support: Deliver efficient and responsive support to users, both remotely and on-site. Train users in software and applications, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networking, telephony, printers, and other technology systems. Workplace Management: Manage workplace technology assets, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Responsibilities include procurement, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and managing warranty/RMA processes. IT Infrastructure Administration: Maintain and administer IT infrastructure components, including Windows servers, networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, and access points), domains, certificates, etc. Ensure systems are regularly patched, backed up, secure, and perform effectively, addressing issues promptly through root cause analysis. Technology Improvement Projects: Participate in and lead projects aimed at enhancing productivity, security, and operational efficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office 365, Intune, and Active Directory/Entra ID (Identity and Access Management). Process and Procedure Enhancement: Continuously refine IT processes and procedures, increasing operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Compliance & Best Practices: Adhere to and enforce regulatory requirements, follow established IT processes and ITIL best practices, and assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal IT teams, developers, and external partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless IT operations and continuous service delivery.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, We are looking for an experienced and versatile IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) who excels in delivering exceptional end-user support, managing diverse IT infrastructure, and driving continuous technology improvements. In this role, you will be integral to our IT operations, ensuring a reliable and effective technology environment for all users., 5+ years' experience managing and supporting Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.). 5+ years' experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (Conditional Access, App Registrations, External Identities, etc.). 3+ years' experience with Intune or similar endpoint management solutions, including application packaging and deployment. 3+ years' experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell. Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments. Solid understanding of networking principles (routing, switching, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Security & Compliance tools (Data Classification, Data Loss Prevention, Advanced Threat Protection). ITIL or IT Service Management experience, particularly with establishing and documenting processes and SOPs. Experience administering Linux Server environments is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and approaches. Experience working in international and multicultural teams is advantageous.
