Junior Project Manager IT

Be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of less complex IT and Digital projects within the scope of IT Programs and PMO. The role is supported by more senior members of the team.

In this role, you will:

• Gather and analyse project requirements and compose project scopes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs
• Regularly communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
• Manage and execute projects, including people and budgets
• Track project progress, identify deviations and implement corrective actions
• Execute project-related administrative duties
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
• Contribute to the improvement of PM processes and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• Specific training and/or work experience in Project Administration and Management
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile & Scrum methodologies and PM software tools
• Knowledge of technology landscape and terms in general and BPO industry
• English verbal and written: C1 or higher
