Requirements
- Bachelor's in IT or related field; 7 years in ServiceNow roles required.
- Strong expertise in ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools.
- Fluent in English; German language is a bonus., * Strategic Problem Solving
- Leadership and Influence
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and IT infrastructure
- Experience of at least 7 years as ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
- Fluent written and spoken English. German is a plus
