Working Student System Administrator (20 hours/week)

• Troubleshoot and provide support for existing IT systems (both cloud and on-premises)
• Assist company employees with day-to-day IT-related issues
• Maintain and enhance corporate intranet
• Proactively identify and address new requirements and potential issues
• Define requirements for extending and improving existing IT systems
• Implement, test, roll out new functionality
• Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency
• For this position, you will be available for a duration of at least 6 months

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Currently enrolled in a university in an IT-related field

• Experience with providing IT support to the end users
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration is required (above & beyond theoretical knowledge)
• Understanding of Windows and/or Linux administration
• Goal-oriented approach with the ability to plan and execute projects effectively
• Strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and attention to detail
• Proactive team player with a positive work attitude
• Ability to fluently communicate in English in a work environment

What sets you apart

• Knowledge and implementation of IT security within Microsoft 365 / Azure
• Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus
• German proficiency is a plus
