IT Support Specialist

IT Support Specialist - Madrid, Spain Athena Systems (part of United Fintech) Athena Systems, a global leader in OMS/PMS solutions, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Madrid. You'll manage and optimize our local infrastructure, coordinate with international IT teams, and ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our systems. What you'll do: Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Hyper-V environments. Manage SQL Server databases, backups, and security. Maintain firewalls, VPNs, and local network infrastructure (Cisco/Fortinet). Support users and oversee the physical data center in Madrid. Implement security protocols, monitor alerts, and improve IT processes. What we're looking for: 5+ years of IT infrastructure and support experience. Strong knowledge of Windows domains, networking, and SQL Server. Experience with Cisco/Fortinet, PowerShell, and virtualization tools. Fluent English (Spanish a plus).
