and support small project teams, providing expertise and mentoring during implementation phases Ensure compliance with quality standards, validation procedures, and regulatory requirements in a highly controlled industry Core skills/experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Planning or related field Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (PP, PP/DS, aATP) and Advanced Planning Systems (APO SNP/PPDS or similar) Proven track record delivering SAP solutions within complex global ERP/APS environments Experience coordinating small teams and using structured change control methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Comfortable working in regulated and highly structured industries Nice to have: Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or high-tech manufacturing Integration knowledge across S/4 modules (MM, QM, SD) What's on offer Pension plan
