Network and Cybersecurity Engineer

Guillaume, Manager of Professional Services, is recruiting a Network and Cybersecurity Engineer to assist our partners and clients in integrating and monitoring our products., * Mastery of network security tools and techniques, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, VLANs, and models like the OSI., * Be the technical expert responsible for analyzing customer requirements: managing the configuration and deployment of Stormshield cybersecurity solutions.

• Ensure smooth integration of Stormshield solutions within the customer's infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the R&D and product management teams to provide feedback and participate in product improvement processes.
• Work closely with sales teams to prepare for future client projects.
• Support the deployment of Stormshield solutions in different environments and adapt the configuration as necessary.
• Assist our customers and partners in resolving technical issues and improving their skills with our products., 1. An initial call with William, the recruitment officer, to discuss your experience and expectations for this role.

2. A video interview with Guillaume, who will evaluate your technical skills and ensure they align with the position's requirements.
3. A final interview with Sylvie, our HR Director, to discuss Stormshield's global vision and team compatibility.

• Ability to work autonomously and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, using good judgment to prioritize critical tasks.
• Willingness to travel abroad to support clients on-site when necessary (approximately twice a month).
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Shell, Python, etc.), especially for automation tasks.
• Fluent English required (minimum CEFR level C1).
