Job description

  • Lead end-to-end testing across SAP business processes (OTC, PTP, FTM, QM, GTS, EWM, TMS, RPC) and satellite applications.
  • Support ECC/JDE * S/4HANA migration and rollout testing, including data validation, dual-system testing, and reconciliation.
  • Execute functional, regression, performance, and mobile (Fiori) testing.
  • Manage and analyze defects using tools like Tricentis Tosca, ALM, Jira, and ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with Functional Analysts, Business Owners, and Developers to align testing strategies.
  • Support UAT with business users, ensuring structured validation and adoption.
  • Drive root cause analysis and continuous defect reduction across SAP environments.

Requirements

At IRC, we're seeking a SAP Testing & Quality Specialist with 7+ years of SAP Testing experience to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and integrated applications. You will drive testing for global rollouts, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic SAP landscape., * Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 7+ years of SAP Testing experience (S/4HANA & ECC).
  • Strong expertise in migration testing, rollout support, and defect management.
  • Hands-on with ServiceNow, Jira, Tricentis Tosca, and other testing tools.
  • Familiarity with test automation (Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, Selenium).
  • Experience working with Agile/Hybrid/DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
