Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT PMO to drive and oversee enterprise-level IS/IT projects, transformations, and change initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project governance, change management, and financial oversight to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of business critical IS/IT programs. Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain, and enhance IT PMO processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Drive enterprise transformation initiatives, including technology upgrades, system implementations, and organizational change programs.
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring alignment of IT projects with business objectives and adoption by stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project portfolio performance, including timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools for executive leadership.
  • Manage project costing, budgeting, and financial tracking across multiple initiatives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Support senior leadership in strategic planning and prioritization of IS/IT initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and benefits realization.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Power BI?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 5-9 years of experience in IT Project Management / PMO, with strong exposure to transformations, change management, and IT strategy execution.

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, OR a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with IT systems, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Sciforma, MS Project).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including KPI tracking and dashboard creation (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
