Job description
- Agile Transformation & Coaching: Lead the organization's Agile transformation efforts by coaching and mentoring teams, leadership, and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe,
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align Agile practices with organizational goals, ensuring a smooth and effective implementation of Agile principles.
- Training & Development: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to foster a deeper understanding of Agile principles across all levels of the organization.
- Facilitation of Agile Practices: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and removing impediments, facilitating problem-solving sessions, and promoting a mindset of adaptation and learning.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software and systems in complex, high-security environments, collaborating with development, security, and operational teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflows.
- Metrics & Reporting: Use metrics and data to measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, and communicate progress to leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Coach to join our team. This role will focus on guiding and supporting teams and stakeholders in adopting and scaling Agile practices, with a specific emphasis on the unique challenges and requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and be able to apply them in complex, high-stakes environments where security, compliance, and operational excellence are critical., * Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Consultant
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and experience applying these in complex environments.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels.
- Experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams, and managing multiple stakeholders with differing priorities.
- Ability to build trust and relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to overcome obstacles and remove impediments in Agile teams.
