5+ years of hands-on experience developing automation solutions using Blue Prism
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (must-have)
Blue Prism Developer Certification (must-have)
Solid understanding of Blue Prism architecture and infrastructure components
Proficiency in Python, including core libraries such as pandas and NumPy
Exposure to AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
Familiarity with NLP techniques such as text summarization, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition (nice to have)
Working knowledge of AWS services including RDS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, SageMaker, VPC (nice to have)
Experience with Vault, Passport, GitLab for user access and configuration management
Exposure to Terraform for deploying AWS infrastructure (nice to have)
Strong skills in SQL, .NET, C#, and working with HTTP APIs and Web Services
Proven experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions
Comfortable working in a Scrum/Agile environment
Excellent communication skills in English
