• 5+ years' experience in HRIS, HR/Payroll processes, and international projects
• Expertise in Kronos WFC / UKG Pro WFM, SuccessFactors, and HR cloud systems
• Strong in testing, stakeholder coordination, and process documentation
• Analytical, proactive, organized, and a team player

A leading international retailer is hiring two HRIS Consultants for a 1.5 to 2-year European migration project to UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Kronos). The project covers multiple countries and focuses on HR & Payroll process optimization, testing, and system integration.
