Job description

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
  • Handle IT Service Centre operations and ticketing (Incidents/Requests)
  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Manage IT assets, including warranties and inventory
  • Provide user guidance and training
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate teams
  • Support Windows and iOS environments
  • Participate in project-related IT activities

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, * MBO Level 3+ or 2+ years of relevant IT experience

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • ITSM Tools, Windows & Azure AD, Intune (advantage)
  • Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
  • Certifications (ITIL, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+) - advantage
  • Knowledge of German or French - advantage
