Job description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
- Handle IT Service Centre operations and ticketing (Incidents/Requests)
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Manage IT assets, including warranties and inventory
- Provide user guidance and training
- Escalate issues to the appropriate teams
- Support Windows and iOS environments
- Participate in project-related IT activities
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * MBO Level 3+ or 2+ years of relevant IT experience
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Hands-on experience with:
- ITSM Tools, Windows & Azure AD, Intune (advantage)
- Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
- Certifications (ITIL, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+) - advantage
- Knowledge of German or French - advantage
