Network Engineer (Junior/Medior)

We're Information Technology. On one of our six teams, you'll be responsible for capabilities that help ensure TomTom's business operates efficiently and services are best delivered to customers. These teams and capabilities include: Enterprise IT for business applications such as SAP, Salesforce and Workday; Employee IT for equipment and productivity tools; Information Security to ensure our products, services and systems are secure; Commercial IT to support our product development teams; Enterprise Architecture to improve business performance; and IT Service Management to ensure our services meet or exceed customer expectations., * Daily operational responsibilities would include incident resolution, problem management, and monitoring improvements to the network security infrastructure

• Evaluate roadmaps and future network solutions to ensure best practices and solutions
• Capacity planning and availability management of services and infrastructure
• Implement and recommend best practices and process efficiencies and continually update documentation
• Ensure the network infrastructure is routinely assessed and updated with patches.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as a global team for after-hours support

Do you have experience in Workday?, * 3+ years of experience with enterprise networks, specifically with a Cisco networking background.

• 2+ years of experience with office wireless technologies (Cisco).
• 1+ years of experience in Data Center networking.
• Hands-on experience with office deployments is highly desirable.
• Experience with Juniper MX Routers.
• Experience with PA Firewalls
• Operational experience with Linux and Microsoft operating systems.
• Familiarity with private and public cloud solutions is a plus.
• Solid understanding of standards with strong written and verbal communication skills.

What's nice to have:

• CCNP preferred
• Scripting and automation experience in UNIX shell, Python, PowerShell, or Perl is desirable.
