Applications Engineer Netherlands

In your position you are responsible for the complete HAIMER product range, with a focus on machine installations and maintenance, customer trainings, and technical support. After an intensive introductory training by one of our experienced colleagues you will independently perform application engineering services for our customers in the Netherlands. Your main tasks include conducting customer trainings, providing pre and after sales support and handling technical sales inquiries by phone and on-site. Participation in trade shows and exhibitions, as well as regular travel across the Netherlands, is a key part of your work.

Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, * Completed technical education, ideally with further formation in the field of mechanical engineering

• First technical expertise
• Knowledge in the machine tool and cutting tool industry would be an asset
• Experience in customer service on the phone and direct preferable
• The ability to work independently, an entrepreneurial mindset and customer service orientation
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Fluent in English written and verbal, German skills would be considered a plus
• Detail oriented, well-organized, and a good team player
• Openness to high volume travel throughout The Netherlands
