Job description
You will always be in contact with our colleagues in Fujifilm Europe and you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the architecture within the Azure cloud domain, supporting the business requirements. You will ensure alignment between the Enterprise Architecture and compliance to the Enterprise Architecture guidelines and standards.
You will, together with other architects, process consultants and external service providers define the Azure cloud landscape, strategic roadmaps and the technical architectural vision. You will also support the implementation of chosen solutions. You will report to the Head of European Architecture & Technology with a functional reporting line to the Enterprise Architect.
Our main cloud platform is Microsoft Azure. Beside this tenant we have two other tenants and several on premise datacenters that hosts IT infrastructure mainly based on Microsoft technology. Our strategic approach is Cloud First.
Tasks
- Define, monitor, maintain and update the complex Azure Architecture within the existing global Azure environment of Fujifilm.
- Advise on changes in the IT infrastructure and IT services.
- Convert business requirements to Solutions which fit into the Fujifilm Architecture.
- Introduce new technologies and capabilities.
- Translate the EU IT strategy and vision within the Azure cloud Domain into practical frameworks and guidelines documents.
- Ensure security is integral part of all current and new Cloud and On Premises Solutions.
- Ensure that all Solutions meet the pre-defined compliancy requirements.
- Initiate projects to implement new Azure Domain architecture solutions.
- Manage projects. You will be responsible to manage Cloud and On Premises projects outside the direct responsibility of the Project Management Office.
- Budget management for the Cloud Domain.
- Collaborate and work closely together with all other domain architects within EU IT department like networking, applications, security.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues at headquarters in Tokyo.
- Support ITIL processes towards our strategic service provider and assess proposals created by them.
- Third line support in case of emergency situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Management Information Science or Computer Sciences
- 5 or more years of Azure Domain Architect experience with AZ 303 or AZ 305 certification
- 5 or more years of Microsoft on-premises architecture experience with MCSE certification
- You have knowledge of and experience with Enterprise Architect Frameworks, such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
- Experience with DevOps is a pre
- Experience with ITIL version 4, Prince 2 and TOGAF is a pre.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Team player, flexible and always willing to share your knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Knowledge and experience of other Cloud Solutions like AWS is a pre.
- Able to travel and to adapt to business needs.
