Job description
You'll work alongside planning, procurement, and quality teams to ensure all documentation, from supplier certificates to production plans is correctly digitised and logged into the business's ERP system (Oracle).
Data Coordinators Responsbilities:
- Reviewing scanned documents for completeness and compliance
- Migrating job cards, planning sheets, and supplier records into ERP
- Checking certifications match internal records and databases
- Supporting planning & procurement teams with digital tracking
- Flagging errors and supporting the accuracy of audit trails
- Working closely with engineers and project managers to gather missing data
Requirements
- Background in Planning, Procurement, Document Control or Quality Control
- Experience working with large volumes of paperwork or digital records
- A detail-first approach and confident decision-making under pressure
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, IFS)
- Ability to work independently but communicate clearly with the team
- A structured mindset, good spreadsheet skills, and love of precision
