Job description
Are you passionate about technology and customer support? Join our team as a Junior Technical Service Specialist and help us deliver outstanding technical service to our customers across the UK & Ireland. In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical assistance, monitor service levels, and collaborate with multiple departments to continuously improve our products and solutions. You'll be part of an international and innovative team where your ideas and curiosity can make a real impact.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support to direct customers and partners.
- Manage and track service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Analyze returned or faulty products, identify technical issues, and collaborate with the other departments for corrective actions.
- Contribute to product and service improvements through technical feedback and reporting.
- Keep customer interactions and cases updated in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Technical background (engineering, IT, electronics, or similar).
- Understanding of GRMS, ESM, and IPTV systems.
- Basic knowledge of product repair and testing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
