Are you a passionate Graduate, looking for an exciting new role? We're looking for a Graduate Application Support Analyst to join this amazing Fin Tech Company working along side the Operations team. The role will involve dealing with clients on a daily basis however will also include working closely with the Operations, Development and Testing team to help make sure client's expectations are met., As Application Support Analyst, you'll be working for one of the worlds largest Funds Networks helping to connect the world's leading financial organisations.
Daily responsibilities:
- Dealing with client queries and managing client expectations from telephone, face to face and emails.
- Working with the operations team, development team and testing team making sure the client expectations are met.
- Working as part of a team to implement system configurations, using technical skills such as SQL and tools to configure the IT systems.
- You will be trained in supporting existing customers, configuring IT systems to their specification and providing consultancy/analysis services. - First hand training on new technologies.
Requirements
- A degree in preferably from a STEM Background (others will be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Able to build rapport/relationships (With clients).
- Strong analytical, Problem solving and Logical thinking skills.
- An interest in IT & financial sector.

This is a full time permanent Graduate Application Support Analyst position, with Great career progression opportunities, offering an annual salary of £30,000 - £32,000 plus annual company benefits to include regular pay reviews, Training and progression opportunities, paid holiday, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
