Program Manager - Cloud & Technology Solutions

o Lead complex transformation programs across cloud, data, infrastructure, and modernisation initiatives. o Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, ensuring consistent delivery and governance. o Act as the primary client interface, managing senior stakeholder communication and expectations. o Step into hands-on Project Management for critical or complex projects when required. o Define and maintain program governance, reporting, risk, and issue management frameworks. o Coordinate across engineering, operations, and cloud/infrastructure delivery teams. o Be onsite with customers for workshops, implementations, or key delivery milestones. o Work across multiple service lines including cloud, digital workplace, and systems integration. o Align with broader business delivery objectives and transformation strategy.

o Proven experience managing large, technical or cloud/data transformation programs. o Strong stakeholder and client-facing engagement skills. o Hands-on understanding of AWS and Azure platforms, migrations, and modernisation strategies. o Experience leading Project Managers or running a PMO function. o Ability to balance strategic oversight with tactical delivery involvement. o Experience in infrastructure, network, or systems integration projects. o Excellent communication, governance, and risk management capabilities. o Commercially aware with a strong focus on delivery excellence. Nice-to-Have (Differentiators): o Experience in AV, digital workplace, or systems integration projects. o Exposure to hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, or FinOps practices. o Experience within consultancy-style or services-led delivery models. o Familiarity with ISO 27001, security, and compliance frameworks.
