Job description

We are recruiting for a full time Product Change Manager to fulfil a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

You will facilitate a successful product change, entry, and exit process from a supply perspective. Liaise with relevant regions and functions to assess feasibility and collate plans and timelines for execution in line with Business, Commercial and Customer expectations. Track and manage key milestones for key stakeholders. Own the critical path for successful product entry, change and exit. Ensure products are launched on time and In line with budget.

You will be part of a continuous improvement culture looking at all areas marketing operations performance at Vinarchy and you will collaborate cross functionally to identify and implement improvements., * Facilitate the product change, entry and exit process with robust evaluation of the impact to supply planning. Evaluate and input on feasibility assessments, supporting and liaising with relevant regions and Commercial & Operational functions to collate plans and timelines for execution in line with Business, Commercial and Customer objectives.

  • Be the owner of the critical path for product change, entry, and exit. Manage change projects by creation and control of the critical path, including milestones, interdependencies and lead times for all steps required for a successful change. Review routinely with key stakeholders for progress and liaise with Commercial Operations and Sales in relation to expected implementation timing, to support evaluation and escalation of risk.
  • Support launch programmes through consistent review of post launch activities and supply plans, monitoring for accurate and appropriate planning, contingency management and other internal tracking measures for proposal and approval of appropriate corrective measures as necessary.
  • Integrate change plans with routine S&OP processes to deliver real time reconciliation and decision making for regional Portfolio change including Supply Reviews, Demand Reviews, Wine S&D, materials forecasting. Develop and deliver improvements to routines, both within and as SME in relation to the portfolio function, including process facilitation and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain data integrity checks to ensure correct alignment of key planning data & up to date KPI tracking.
  • Support product evaluation through the provision of supply & portfolio planning information & reports; and agree, plan and implement course corrective supply plans with Commercial teams.

Requirements

  • Experience of Supply planning & management
  • New product introduction
  • Experience of managing projects and multiple stakeholders
  • S&OP
  • Highly computer literate
  • Advanced Excel skills including the ability to create and manage pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Design and manipulate complex trackers and create intricate formulas.
  • Ideally educated to Degree level or have relevant experience to match.
  • 3+ years' experience in FMCG environment
