The Fieldglass Techno-Functional Professional plays a crucial role in the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System (VMS). This role involves a blend of technical and functional expertise to ensure the successful deployment and operation of the VMS platform, meeting the organization's workforce management and procurement needs., * Technical Expertise:

• Work with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system configuration, integrations, and data interfaces.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Stay up to date with the latest updates and features of SAP Fieldglass and related technologies.
• Functional Expertise:
• Understand the organization's vendor management and contingent workforce processes and translate them into system configurations.
• Provide subject matter expertise on SAP Fieldglass functionalities and best practices.
• Assist in defining and optimizing business processes related to vendor management and contingent workforce management.
• Implementation and Configuration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business needs.
• Configure and customize the SAP Fieldglass system based on client requirements, ensuring optimal utilization of system capabilities.
• Integrate SAP Fieldglass with other systems, such as HRIS and ERP, to streamline data flows and processes.
• User Support and Training:
