Lead Consultant - Application Support Engineer - JAVA/DB-ITO072700

• In this role, you would be responsible for providing Enhancement & Development services in a Java/Database environment.
• Candidate will be working with SMEs, Scrum Master, Product Owner & Users to complete end-to-end SDLC for Capital Market Client.
• Additional responsibilities shall include contributing to designing and documenting of the software architecture based on existing architecture and inputs received from Client from time to time.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing and UAT as and when required.
• Also, engage with Client in requirement gathering, Status update on work, UAT and be the key partner in the overall engagement.

• BE/B Tech/MCA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Demonstrable experience in working on Support, Maintenance and Enhancement projects.
• Highly motivated, ability to identify and resolve issues and deliver solutions proactively and independently.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent in Core Java with knowledge of data structures, collections, design patterns, SOA.
• Databases - Sybase ASE and DB2.
• Unix, Linux environments.
• Distributed Architecture Other Tools - Git, JIRA, Confluence
• Good knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch is desirable.
• Good understanding of object-oriented principles with an ability to write clean code.
• Good re-engineering skills (going through existing code and figure out the dependencies/data flows and document them)
• Excellent communication skills.
