Requirements

Be able to develop great working relationships with all members in the school settingBe able to talk in non-technical terms to fully support clients with their IT use and engagementHave around 3 years' in role experience in IT support or consultancy services, ideally in the Education or Public SectorsWorking knowledge of firewalls, Windows AD, Azure AD, MS Intune device managementMS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDriveMS Server build knowledge and hands on experience, 2016 - 2019Working knowledge of LAN & or WAN technologiesBeneficial to have: VMWare, Hyper-V, Google Workspace for Education,Beneficial Qualifications: Networking - i.e. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Technical Support Occupations: 3 years (required)

Salary & Expenses: Computeam Pay Scale

Grade 3: IT Field Engineer - Desk & Field Based, 2nd Line

£24,000 - £30,000 per annum (full time)

Mileage expenses reimbursement (own car essential and full driving licence), Hours: 40 per week between 8am and 5.30pm

Days: Monday - Friday only

Where: Mostly on site at schools and some work from home

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
