We help organizations in their efforts to achieve regulatory and legal compliance and transform their departments to add greater value to the business. Commodity Trading & Risk Management Practice

Our Commodity Trading & Risk Management advisory practice solves our clients' most complex issues and helps drive transformative changes to their supply, trading, and marketing organizations. We support our clients with advice related to physical and financial commodity market challenges through commercial & risk advisory, quantitative analysis, technology and operational advisory services.

Specifically, our service offerings address the operations, compliance, and risk management challenges prevalent across the commodities value chain. These services are organized into three capability areas - Strategic Services, Compliance, Risk & Operational Services, and Technology Services:

• Strategic Services help clients define fit-for-purpose operating models for their commodities, define the changes required to realize that vision, and develop a roadmap for execution
• Compliance, Risk & Operational Services assess the existing compliance, risk, and operational processes of our clients leveraging proprietary tools to yield insights for improvement or optimization
• Technology Services deliver custom and package technology solutions that help our clients manage their commodity business and associated risk & compliance exposures.

Work you'll do

The key job responsibilities will be to:

• Defining, planning, and executing end-to-end SAP Commodity Management solutions, including transaction capture, risk management, logistics, and accounting.
• Developing and leading teams that deliver SAP Commodity Management transformations services to Fortune 500 corporations
• Providing SAP Commodity Management business and technology advisory services to our clients.
• Playing a key role in client communication, relationship development and retention
• Ensuring products/deliverables meet contract/ work plan specifications and deadlines
• Develop tools, methodologies and assets for project delivery
• Expanding our service offering and business growth through involvement in sales, proposals and development of new business strategies
• Mentoring of junior professionals

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or other related field; MBA, MS and/or MA preferred.
• Experience with SAP Commodity Management solution.
• Hands-on experience in configuration efforts related to exposure management, DCS based market data management, and Integration of logistics with TRM
• Should have experience in Accounting and settlement for commodities
• Good understanding and working knowledge of commodity trading lifecycle Experience in Agri or other commodity industry would be an added advantage
• Should have hands on experience with SAP Commodity Management CPE/CPF functionality in SAP S4/HANA or ECC
• Must have experience in third party interface for external feeds required for CPE formula set-up
• Knowledge of MS Project or other similar tools is required. Skilled in all Microsoft tools such as Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Access.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client presentations.
• Effective leadership, project management and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility in learning new topics, handling change and deadlines.
• Ability to travel.

Preferred Skills

• Good Presentation Skill
• Good knowledge of S4/HANA platform
• Ability to navigate through the system and finding the relevant data
• Experience in delivering trainings internally
• Any experience in Demo prep and delivery of demos to the client, will be beneficial
• Good understanding/ knowledge on SAP SD/ MM/ Logistics
• Minimum of two implementation experience on SAP ACM and/ or SAP CM
• Good Knowledge on Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE) and CPF (Configurable Parameters and Formulas) within SAP
• Good Industry knowledge for Agriculture and/ or IS-Oil Industries
• Experience in leading a team
• Having some experience with Client Interactions will be beneficial
• Experience in working across different teams, working together, and architecting the solutions

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MS/MBA
