Data & IT Technical Support Administrator, We're hiring on behalf of a global SaaS company who need a detail-loving, tech-capable Data & IT Technical Support Administrators to join their project team in Pontyclun, North Cardiff.
This 6-month role is all about supporting a major customer product upgrade project, making sure data is spot on, systems talk to each other, and technical issues get solved quickly. If you like order, accuracy, and problem-solving, you'll fit right in. It's a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience in the fast-paced SaaS industry, right here in South Wales.
What you'll be doing:
- Making sure customer and order data is entered, updated, and correct in the CRM.
- Handling imports/exports of large, confidential data sets with accuracy and care.
- Using tools like Excel, SQL, SSMS, or Visual Studio to support data migration.
- Troubleshooting technical queries with internal teams and keeping things moving.
- Keeping clear logs and reports so project leads always have visibility.
- Processing and cancelling orders quickly and correctly.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, * Proven experience in data entry or CRM admin (you've got an eye for detail).
- Technical know-how - comfortable with web-based platforms + the tools above.
- Familiarity with data privacy regs (GDPR is essential).
- Someone organised, methodical, and able to juggle deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline orientated environment.
- Strong communicator - you can talk to techies and non-techies with ease.
