Job description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support assistant to support our Head of IT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software., * Hardware & Device Set up - physical setup of desktops, laptops, printers and other office equipment, as well as general installation of tv's conference equipment etc

  • Troubleshooting & Support - first-line support for IT issues including PC's, displays, software access, file errors, etc
  • Software Installation and updates - installing and configuring standard business applications, keeping devices secure and up to date
  • General IT assistance - Supporting ad-hoc IT needs across the business, helping manage peripheral devices, setting up remote access and VPN's.

Requirements

Good communication skills, * Solid general IT knowledge and hands-on experience.

  • Comfortable setting up and trouble shooting Windows-based PC's.
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage time and prioritise tasks independently.
