Senior Infrastructure Engineer

· Lead and support the IT infrastructure

· Provide senior-level technical expertise

· Design and implement IT solutions

· Collaborate with stakeholders

· Automate and streamline operations

· Mentor and support team members

· Deliver on-site technical support and projects- travel to client locations for installations, upgrades and issue resolution as needed.

· Solid MSP experience

· Comfortable working on-site with clients

· Working knowledge and experience of Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Microsoft Exchange, remote desktop services and Active directory.

· A strong understanding of IT Networking principles.

· Experience in managing Firewall technologies

· Experience in cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, and Google cloud

· Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience
