What You'll Be Doing

Deliver on-site IT support to education customers across Wiltshire

Troubleshoot issues with LANs, operating systems, and software

Support users with desktop hardware and software queries (Windows/macOS/iOS)

Use our Service Desk system to manage and resolve tickets efficiently

Collaborate with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex issues

Contribute to exciting IT projects during school holidays

Maintain documentation and share knowledge across the team
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in macOS?, * At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role

Understanding of networking, desktop support, and infrastructure

Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

A proactive, friendly, and customer-focused approach

Full UK manual driving licence (essential for site visits)

Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (provided by us)
