Job description

You will join our Cardiff team as a Turkish-Speaking Investigations and Compliance Analyst. You'll be responsible for managing software license compliance cases through analysing data and compiling case reports, engaging infringing parties to guide them in becoming compliant, and ensuring accurate reporting of the case. This role is ideal for someone who is logical, detail-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluent in Turkish., * Analyse usage data, license records, and other evidence to identify potential copyright / licensing violations (full technical training provided)

  • Communicate professionally in Turkish and English (email, phone) with clients, infringing parties, legal partners, etc.
  • Finding resolution for unlicensed software usage cases
  • Prepare clear, concise reports; maintain case files and documentation accurately
  • Apply quality control over investigatory processes and evidence collection
  • Follow structured workflows and manage a pipeline of cases through to successful closure
  • Collaborate closely with legal, account management, and investigation teams
  • Collaborate with the team both internally, and externally with the client and partners

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Languages: Fluent Turkish (spoken, written, and translation proficiency required), * Turkish fluency (spoken, written, translation) - non-negotiable

  • ~2 to 5 years' experience in roles that show transferable skills: legal, paralegal, contract/commercial negotiation, compliance, investigations, auditing, account/customer success, business-analysis
  • Strong analytical, data-driven mindset; high attention to detail and precision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
  • Ability to negotiate and deescalate difficult or contentious situations
  • Comfortable using MS Office (especially Word & Excel); experience with CRM, ERP, or case-management tools is a bonus
  • Ability to produce structured reports and written rationales for decisions, * Bachelor's (preferred), * Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
  • Business analysis: 2 years (preferred)
  • Compliance management: 2 years (preferred)
  • Negotiation: 2 years (preferred)

The remuneration range is based on relevant experience for the role as outlined. We are willing to consider candidates with less or more experience, and discuss an appropriate remuneration, however, Turkish language is a must.
