As an End User Support Engineer you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to end-users across the UK & Ireland. You'll be the first point of contact for all IT support queries and will work closely with a highly skilled team based in the UK and the India Operations Centre (IOC) as necessary.
Your primary objective will be to provide proactive and reactive support for the organisation's modern equipment. You'll install and configure laptops and mobile phones and assist new starters to get up and running. Additionally, you'll diagnose hardware and software faults, resolve technical and application problems, provide technical support, and ensure that all company laptops, phones, and peripheral equipment run smoothly.
As a member of the IT Support team you'll play a critical role in building a best-in-class service that meets the needs of all end-users. You'll be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional technical support.

In this role your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-line technical support to end-users across the UK & Ireland.
- Installing and configuring laptops and mobile phones.
- Assisting new starters with IT setup and configuration.
- Diagnosing hardware and software faults.
- Resolving technical and application problems.
- Providing technical support to ensure that all company laptops, phones, and peripheral equipment run smoothly.
- Collaborating with the UK-based team and the India Operations Centre (IOC) as necessary.
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * Proven experience in providing technical support in a similar role.
- Knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows 10 and MacOS.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
