Job description
In this varied role you'll provide day-today IT Support to staff, manage user accounts, troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and other business applications whilst assisting with projects., · Provide first line IT support to all staff
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
· Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and software
· Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, email, and business applications
· Maintain IT asset register and equipment inventory
· Coordinate with external support provider for escalated issues
· Support new starter onboarding from an IT perspective
· Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base
· Assist Systems Manager with projects as required
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years' experience within a SME environment, a strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 and excellent problem-solving skills. · Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
· Demonstrable experience with Active Directory and user management
· Good understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
· Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
· Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
· Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certifications)
· Ideally experience with SQL
· Ideally experience using ERP/MRP/CRM systems
