Job description

As our IT Support & Data Analyst, you will be pivotal in ensuring our IT infrastructure supports business growth while leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to maintain technical systems, manage store IT setups, and extract meaningful insights through data analysis., * Develop and run SQL queries to extract, analyse, and interpret business data.

  • Use multi-language programming skills to support data processing and automation.
  • Build and maintain internal API integrations to streamline data connectivity across platforms.
  • Provide hands-on IT support, including infrastructure setup and troubleshooting.
  • Establish and manage an IT Help Desk ticketing system to track and resolve technical issues.
  • Coordinate all IT setup and readiness for new store openings.
  • Manage asset tagging, tracking, and the wider IT asset register.
  • Identify and mitigate data security risks; ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
  • Use tools like DOMO to create interactive dashboards and visual reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and reporting.
