IT Analyst

As an IT Analyst, you will ensure that our inventory system, delivery operations and online sales platform operate smoothly, reliably, and efficiently. You will identify opportunities to improve processes through technology, introduce new tools and software, and collaborate with teams to implement solutions that help to grow the business., * Conduct testing for systems used in warehouse management, inventory tracking, order processing, and online sales platforms.

• Analyse operational workflows to ensure IT systems support efficient distribution processes
• Identify defects, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in goods delivery systems.
• Implement, monitor, and optimise software tools to support e-commerce and order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to align technology with business objectives.

Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, * 2 years Proven experience in IT quality analysis, systems testing or project delivery within a logistics environment.

• Hands-on experience with IT management systems or e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to propose and implement IT solutions to optimise warehouse and distribution efficiency.
• Experience in database management or data analysis to support operational decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional qualification is required.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud-based software or ERP solutions.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Inventory Optimisation Tools.
• Proven experience in managing goods distribution operations and supporting online sales workflows to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
