Microsoft Fabric Consultant

• Lead development using Microsoft Fabric components: Data Factory, Lakehouse, Power BI
• Architect and optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability
• Build and maintain semantic models and datasets for reporting and analytics
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
• Participate in client workshops and solution design sessions

As a Microsoft Fabric Consultant you don't need to be an expert but you do need at least 1-3 years experience and have enough drive to make this role your own!, * Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Power BI)

• Strong proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Power Query (M)
• Experience with Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Lake, Azure SQL)
• Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and BI architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and version control (Git)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead technical delivery, * Microsoft certifications (e.g., Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate)
• Consulting or client-facing experience
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration within analytics platforms
• Understanding of data mesh and Microsoft Fabric architectures
