Job description
We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused IT Support Engineer who loves making technology work beautifully for others. You'll be the backbone of our IT environment - ensuring that every laptop, iPhone, iPad, and user account in our Microsoft 365 ecosystem runs securely and seamlessly.
This role blends Microsoft 365 administration, Windows support, and Laptop and Apple device management into one mission: enabling a team of professionals to work smarter, faster, and safer - wherever they are., User & Device Support
- Provide friendly, first- and second-line support for Windows 10/11 PCs, iPhones, and iPads.
- Manage smooth onboarding/offboarding of users through Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
- Configure and deploy iOS devices using Intune MDM and Apple Business Manager (ABM).
- Troubleshoot hardware, email, OneDrive, and Teams issues across all devices.
- Help staff set up Outlook Mobile, Teams, and SharePoint apps on iPhones/iPads.
- Support peripherals such as printers, scanners, and docking stations.
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage accounts, licenses, and permissions in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Maintain Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online environments.
- Monitor synchronization, storage, and compliance across OneDrive and mobile devices.
- Deploy updates and policies through Intune for both Windows and iOS platforms.
Mobile Device Management (Apple iOS)
- Enroll and manage all company iPhones/iPads in Intune / Apple Business Manager.
- Configure security profiles, Wi-Fi/VPN, and app deployments for mobile users.
- Maintain compliance policies (PINs, encryption, remote wipe).
- Provide clear, friendly training for staff using iOS devices daily.
- Oversee device procurement, inventory, and lifecycle management.
Security & Compliance
- Implement MFA, conditional access, and device-level compliance controls.
- Ensure both mobile and desktop systems meet company security standards.
- Run scheduled patching, updates, and data-protection checks (GDPR).
- Manage remote-wipe and DLP configurations for sensitive data.
Network & Infrastructure Support
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues.
- Support cloud and hybrid network integrations.
- Liaise with ISPs and hardware vendors as needed.
Projects & Improvements
- Lead or assist in Microsoft 365 and Intune rollout projects.
- Support migrations, upgrades, and security-enhancement initiatives.
- Document IT processes and create user-friendly setup guides.
- Deliver bite-sized training sessions for non-technical staff., IT Support Engineer * Microsoft 365 & Intune Administrator * Systems Engineer * IT Manager, * Configure new iPads for sales people via Intune & Apple Business Manager.
- Support secure, mobile access to SharePoint and Teams for staff on the move.
- Keep Windows laptops and iPhones fully compliant and synced.
- Troubleshoot Teams video calls, Outlook calendar syncs, and mobile setup queries.
- Deliver quick, practical tech support that keeps daily operations running without a hitch.

Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS development?, You'll thrive in this role if you're confident working across both Microsoft and Apple ecosystems.
You'll need:
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows 10/11 support.
- Familiarity with Azure AD, Intune / Endpoint Manager, and Apple Business Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Understanding of network fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience configuring iPhones/iPads for enterprise use.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills for non-technical users.
- Experience using a ticketing system (Zoho)., Opportunities to specialise in cloud security, mobile device management, or Microsoft Modern Workplace.
