IT Technician

The IT Technician roles is focused around ensuring we deliver the best desktop support to all users within the organisation. This is a highly varied role with anything from installing an application to assisting a film crew with technology on a location shoot. We strive for excellence in our service delivery to our staff and clients.

What you will be doing

• Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
• Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
• Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
• Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Exceptional customer-facing skills

• Proactive attitude
• Experience in dealing with third party provided services.
• Knowledge of escalation procedures & incident management
• Strong verbal and written communication ability

• Azure AD / On Prem AD
• Hardware support
• Microsoft OS and Application support
• Jira, Wrike/Project Management Software & Salesforce are the core SaaS application support.
• Azure cloud (favourable)
