TR19 Report Writer

• Review technician notes, images, and data from our CRM system (FieldMotion).
• Compile TR19-compliant reports (Grease & Air systems).
• Identify and flag non-compliances or missing information.
• Work closely with operations, Technicians and supervisors to ensure report accuracy.
• Maintain consistent formatting and professional presentation across all reports., * Do you have any experience producing technical or compliance reports?
• Are you confident reviewing site photos, notes, and data to produce accurate written reports?
• This role requires around 4 hours in the office during the day and 4 hours working from home in the evening. Are you comfortable with this split?
• What is your current notice period?

Do you have experience in Word processing?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Strong written accuracy and attention to detail.

• Previous experience with TR19 reporting or ventilation hygiene (preferred).
• Confident using Word, PDF tools, and data systems.
• Able to work independently during evenings., * A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
