Data Governance Manager

Go Arrow Tech has been engaged to identify an experienced leader who can drive governance in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

As the Data Governance Manager (AI), you will:

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks supporting analytics, AI, and machine learning.
• Establish policies for data quality, metadata management, lineage, privacy, access control, and ethical AI use.
• Lead governance for AI/ML datasets, ensuring data is accurate, explainable, compliant, and model-ready.
• Define data ownership, stewardship roles, and governance operating models across the organisation.
• Oversee regulatory compliance including GDPR, ISO27001, AI regulatory standards, and emerging AI governance laws.
• Implement data governance tools such as Purview, Collibra, Alation, Informatica, or equivalent.
• Work closely with Data Architects, AI Engineers, Product, Legal, and Security teams to embed governance by design.
• Drive adoption of best practices for responsible, transparent, and compliant AI development.
• Lead data quality improvement programmes and support remediation across business units.
• Communicate governance standards, train stakeholders, and build a culture of responsible data usage.
