Looking ahead, we're driving exciting projects like the 2026 Excel brand website and developing advanced product information and data tools to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
️ What You'll Be Doing
Shape the future of Mayflex's digital experience! As Digital Product Owner, you'll define and deliver a customer-focused roadmap that drives innovation across our websites, mobile apps, configurators, and customer portals.
This unique role blends Product Owner and Scrum Master responsibilities - you'll own the product vision and backlog while leading Agile delivery to ensure every improvement adds measurable value for customers and the business.
You'll manage our in-house development team, set priorities, lead ceremonies, and empower the team to deliver outstanding results. If you're passionate about digital excellence, continuous improvement, and creating solutions that truly make a difference, this hands-on role is for you.
- Own and manage the digital roadmap, ensuring Mayflex delivers a best-in-class online experience across all platforms.
- Take commercial ownership of digital revenue, optimising the channel's performance and contribution to business growth.
- Perform Scrum Master duties - including facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery blockers, and ensuring efficient sprint cycles.
- Lead and prioritise the digital development backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with design, development, and commercial teams to define, deliver, and refine digital functionality.
- Oversee and deliver integration projects, ensuring seamless alignment with internal systems and customer touchpoints.
- Act as the senior user for digital services, representing the customer voice and championing usability and accessibility.
- Develop compelling business cases for web development investment, demonstrating ROI and impact on key KPIs such as satisfaction, conversion, and retention.
- Mentor and guide the development team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and trends to ensure Mayflex remains at the forefront of customer experience innovation.
What You Need to Bring to Mayflex

Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, * A passion for creating outstanding customer experiences, backed by evidence of improved engagement or satisfaction.
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment, ideally performing both Product Owner and Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, UX, and user-centric design principles.
- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Expertise in managing and prioritising digital development backlogs in line with business objectives.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- The ability to translate business and user needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimisation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing or mentoring development teams is advantageous.
