IT Service Desk Analyst - Information Technology

Windows, * High level of IT literacy

• Fully conversant in Office 365 and Windows 11
• Minimum of two years' experience in a Service Desk environment
• Microsoft Certified Professional (preferred, not required)
• ITIL Qualifications (preferred, not required)
