Job description
As Lead IT Specialist, you will act as the primary onsite IT contact, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and physical security services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical leadership, collaboration, and driving digital innovation.
You'll oversee day-to-day IT operations, manage global IT projects, and support specialized environments such as laboratories and manufacturing. Your work will directly impact system reliability, compliance, and user experience, while fostering strong relationships with local and global stakeholders.
Requirements
You bring deep expertise in IT infrastructure and security, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver scalable solutions. You're a proactive leader, a skilled communicator, and passionate about enabling digital transformation., * A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (technical certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Cybersecurity are a plus)
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, site/field support, or cybersecurity roles
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, storage, cloud technologies, and Microsoft environments
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, compliance standards, and IT/OT integration
- Experience with automation platforms and low-code tools (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor and train users and junior IT staff
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support regional sites or events
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
