Job description
To provide essential support in the development, documentation, and training of business process flows within the approved project management system (APPIAN). This role assists in maintaining process accuracy, system functionality, and operational efficiency by working closely with the Business Process Manager and cross-functional teams. The APPIAN Support Coordinator contributes to continuous improvement efforts, helps ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards, and supports the successful launch of finished products and raw materials through structured process execution.
Result Areas:
Process Strategy & Governance
*Support the maintenance of process architecture by updating documentation and tracking changes.
*Assist in monitoring compliance within APPIAN processes and internal standards.*Help coordinate meetings and communications between process owners and end-users.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
*Contribute to process mapping and analysis by gathering data and preparing visuals..
*Support process change initiatives across departments to enhance effectiveness of all processes.
*Promote awareness of process best practices through internal communications and learning tools.
*Support in process workshops to document all required changes.
*Joining IT specialist weekly calls to discuss ongoing issues/ process changes.
Documentation & Training
*Support in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive process documentation and training materials to support consistent execution and onboarding.
*Provide administrative support to ensure continuity during team absences.
*Assist in preparing training guides and coordinating & running training sessions.
Project Oversight & Reporting
*Support ad hoc reporting and analysis to aid decision-making and alignment.
*Recording details of issues raised by end users & recognising patterns to help resolve future issues.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP?, Experience in the food industry. Proven expertise in data analysis (Using multiple Microsoft platforms) and document management, with a sharp eye for detail and a tenacious approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies. Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident, with a strong customer focus and the ability to prioritise effectively in fast-paced environments. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced team member. An understanding of B&B NPD process and project co-ordination will be an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. SAP knowledge would be a distinct advantage in this role.
