Job description

This is a newly created role, designed to support our growing Apprenticeship Provision. You will also ensure a consistently high-quality service experience for our partners through our consultancy business while maintaining rigorous adherence to contractual service levels.

You'll be the first point of contact for apprentices, responsible for managing applications, conducting enrolment calls, supporting initial assessments, and ensuring all compliance documentation is complete and funding-ready. You will also support the Data and Funding Manager with ILR Submissions and other administrative tasks such as registration and certification of learners.

What You'll Do

  • Support prospective apprentices, guiding them through their personalised onboarding journey for application to programme support.
  • Conduct enrolment calls with eligible learners and their employers, clearly explaining the apprenticeship journey and setting expectations. Handle all initial enquiries, supporting apprentices by providing essential Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)
  • Be responsible for establishing excellent relationships with both the Learner and Employer to ensure excellent customer service is delivered.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion and submission of all required documentation, maintaining a high 'first time right rate' to minimise compliance issues.
  • In partnership with the Momentous Learning delivery team verify all learner details including job descriptions, previous qualifications, ID, Right to Work evidence and availability.
  • Ensure systems, such as the Apprenticeship Service are kept up to date in a timely manner to represent changes in circumstance for apprentices.
  • Work with the Head of Data to ensure learners are registered for their End Point Assessment and be responsible for distributing certificates from Awarding Bodies.
  • Collaborate with other departments including Relationship Management, Curriculum, and Operations to deliver joined-up support.
  • Work with our consultancy partners to support their enrolment and onboarding
  • Contribute to internal projects and business development as required
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Data

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Do you have a GCSE?, * Demonstrable ability to work to a defined deadlines, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in IT Systems including Microsoft 365.
  • Experience of using e-portfolio and MIS platform.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of apprenticeship compliance regulations (e.g., DfE funding rules, Right to Work Checks)
  • Knowledge of Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) best practices.
  • Knowledge of using Aptem.
  • Experience supporting operational delivery in an ILR-funded or regulated environment
