Consulting/Principal Software Engineer

As a member of our Team, you'll contribute to building, maintaining, and supporting our infrastructure and applications. You'll work with talented colleagues, communicate effectively, and champion engineering excellence., * Deliver resilient solutions using DevOps practices and "Infrastructure as Code"

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Lead and influence the design and delivery of scalable, resilient data platform services.
• Collaborate across teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Uphold our commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and data-driven decision-making

• Experience of Cloud Platforms (AWS), Infrastructure as code, MLOps, and Python (or similar technologies), along with monitoring and observability.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse audiences
• Commitment to learning and adapting in a dynamic environment
• Experience mentoring and developing engineering talent.
• Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Willingness to attend our Southampton office 2 days per week (reasonable accommodations available)
• Experience with data platforms, distributed systems, and data pipelines in cloud-native environments.
