SQL BI Developer

As a SQL BI Developer, you'll play a key role in delivering intelligent, reliable, client-facing data solutions.

You'll join our close-knit team of SQL specialists, working in a highly structured environment built on interrelated SQL scripts and business logic. You'll be confident working with complex data sources and happy solving ETL issues to ensure that our reporting is accurate, reconciled, and useful.

You'll also design data connectors that extract and process data from a wide range of sources - from HR system APIs to CRM data lakes - then bring it all together into meaningful dashboards and reports. What You'll Be Doing

• Designing data connectors to extract and process information from diverse sources (e.g. APIs, data lakes, CRMs)
• Configuring and customising ETL SQL scripts to reflect client-specific business rules
• Creating dashboards using our proprietary tools
• Reconciling, validating, and balancing complex data sets
• Demonstrating your work in regular team reviews and managing feedback
• Exploring new tools and techniques to keep growing your skill set

We don't count years of experience - we're more interested in people who think clearly, learn quickly, and care about doing things properly. Core strengths:

• Microsoft SQL Server & advanced T-SQL
• Working with complex data models and business rules
• Attention to detail and a structured, logical mindset

Nice to have (but not essential):

• Experience with Power BI or Azure Data Factory
• Familiarity with BI or data warehouse environments
• Background in the legal or financial sectors
