CRM Developer

My client is looking to recruit an experienced CRM Developer who will be responsible for the following areas

• Design and deliver CRM solutions for an ever expanding customer and client base
• Lead the end to end delivery of CRM projects
• Working with clients to translate their requirements into functional solutions
• Optimise marketing automation processes, campaign workflows and tracking customer journeys
• Managing stakeholder relationships
• Review and mentor the work of junior colleagues
• Coaching of other staff where required
• Contribute to delivery methodologies, template and overall company standards

To be considered for this excellent, demanding and exciting position you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas

Strong CRM development experience and the ability to show involvement in previous CRM implementations

• Ideally candidates will have at least one of the following; MySQL, Python, TIBCO etc
• Awareness and experience of overseeing sales pipelines, invoicing best practices, marketing automation
• The ability to lead and mentor colleagues
• Facilitating workshops
• Stakeholder engagement and management
• Delivery management
• Very strong problem management experience
