Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to provide technical support, maintain internal/external IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal staff and external clients via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

  • Assist with network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, etc.)

  • Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance

  • Maintain antivirus systems and assist with cybersecurity best practices

  • Set up new user accounts, email profiles, and access permissions

  • Support software installations and ensure licensing compliance

  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation (devices, warranties, logs)

  • Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical support?, Required:

  • Proven experience in IT support.

  • Diploma/IT related certificates or degree preferred, but not essential.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems

  • Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

  • Experience with common office software (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.)

  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
