Job description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to provide technical support, maintain internal/external IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support to internal staff and external clients via phone, email, and in-person.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

Assist with network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, etc.)

Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance

Maintain antivirus systems and assist with cybersecurity best practices

Set up new user accounts, email profiles, and access permissions

Support software installations and ensure licensing compliance

Maintain IT inventory and documentation (devices, warranties, logs)

Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, Required:

Proven experience in IT support.

Diploma/IT related certificates or degree preferred, but not essential.

Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems

Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Experience with common office software (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.)

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
