Job description
To provide system and administrative support to the ASDA account, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of order uploads, candidate allocations, and communication between the supply chain, planning, and customer success fulfilment team. The Systems Administrator will play a key role in supporting the client's logistics operation and maintaining a high standard of service delivery through effective system management and collaboration with the planning hub., * System Administration:
- Manage and maintain all order uploads into the CR.net platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor system workflows and proactively share any improvements
- Support planners with system-related queries and provide regular updates on order status.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise closely with the ASDA Planning Hub in Lutterworth and key onsite stakeholders to build strong working relationships.
- Attend onsite and maintain regular communication with planners and supply chain teams.
- Support collaboration between internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Fulfilment Support:
- Work closely with the Supply Chain to ensure drivers allocated are to be fully compliant are identified and submitted to meet client needs.
- Assist in the coordination of candidate deployment for peak periods and ad-hoc requirements.
- Data Integrity & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate system records and ensure compliance with data and operational standards.
- Support production of daily/weekly performance reports as required.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous operational efficiency.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer service?, * Previous experience in systems administration within a logistics planning environment.
- Strong understanding of order management, workforce planning, or fulfilment processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and confidence working with data and digital platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., * Administrative: 3 years (required)
